Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Courses

    Non-refundable, but exchanges or credit toward other modules may be offered at our discretion. No refunds are provided after the product has been downloaded.

  • Workshops/Events

    Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, credits may be applied toward a future session.

  • Packages/Retainers

    Refunds offered only if services have not yet been used; prorated refunds may apply for sessions rendered.

  • One-on-One Sessions

    A full refund is available if the session is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 50% credit toward future services if canceled within 24–48 hours. No refund for same-day cancellations or no shows.

  • Service Packages

    Refunds for coaching packages are issued for unused sessions only, less any processing fees. For example, if you purchase a 6-session package and request a refund after completing 2 sessions, you will be refunded the cost of the remaining 4 sessions.

  • Cancellations (All Services)

    If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a charge. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the agreed-upon start date for school districts.
